The participation registration has been closed.

Due to the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 10th IEA Heat Pump Conference 2011 has decided to hold the website conference instead of the actual conference in Tokyo.

Students must be under aged 30 as at 1 April 2011 and are required to send a copy of student ID or an official letter that proves the status to the Registration Desk by fax or e-mail.

Registration Procedure

The participation registration has been closed.

After completing the registration, user ID and password for the website conference will be reached to your registered e-mail address within 1 week.

    Credit card issued outside of Japan might not be accepted because of special security system equipped on this site.

Registration confirmation / Receipt

  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours from the registration desk.
  • Receipt will be printable on-line after completing the registration.
  • Please do not lose your registration ID and password. Those will be required when printing out your receipt.

  • A receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire the registration desk if you failed to print.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk in writing either by e-mail or FAX.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
Cancellation received after June 17, 2011 (JST) : No refund

A change cannot be made on the on-line registration system after the completion of registration.
